Mauricio Jofre

Mauricio Jofre is an experienced executive in the insurance and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Cost Containment Operations at VIP Universal Medical Insurance Group, Ltd. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jofre held the position of Vice President Operations at Global Benefits Group from April 2021 to April 2024. Jofre's extensive tenure at Bupa spanned from July 2007 to April 2021, during which Jofre advanced through various leadership positions, including Head of Corporate Development and Head of Institutional Partnerships, among others. Jofre holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Florida International University and furthered education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
