Edward Lee

Edward Lee is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Vuori since June 2025, Edward previously held the position of Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at RH from October 2012 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading legal, compliance, risk and insurance, vendor administration, and corporate social responsibility efforts as the first in-house attorney prior to the company's initial public offering. Edward's background includes roles as VP & Deputy General Counsel at MGM Resorts International, Deputy General Counsel at Aristocrat Technologies, and various associate positions at prominent law firms such as Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP.
