Narendran Thillaisthanam

Narendran Thillaisthanam has a strong and diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Novell. Later, from 2000 to 2005, they served as a Principal Software Engineer at Sycamore Networks. In 2006, they joined Pegasystems as a Principal Sales Engineer until 2008. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Associate Vice President at Photon Infotech, focusing on managing start-up ideas in the telecom industry. Narendran then joined Altisource as a Group Product Manager from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they played a significant role in building a team of data professionals and managing various data solutions as the Director of Enterprise Data Management and Business Intelligence at Altisource Labs. In 2013, Narendran moved to Vuram, where they assumed positions such as Vice President of RPA Strategy and Delivery, Vice President of Emerging Technologies, and currently holds the role of Chief Technology Officer since 2022.

Narendran Thillaisthanam began their education by obtaining a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela from 1993 to 1996.

Narendran then pursued a Master of Science in Engineering (M.S.E) degree in Software Engineering from Brandeis University from 2002 to 2004.

In 2004, Narendran pursued a Certificate in Management in Business Management from Harvard University, completing the program in 2005.

Continuing their education, they attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management, starting in 2005 and completing it in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Narendran Thillaisthanam acquired various certifications to enhance their expertise. Narendran obtained a verified certificate for "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" from DeepLearning.AI in July 2021. In October 2020, they obtained a certificate in "Machine Learning" from Stanford University through Coursera. Other certifications they obtained include a verified certificate for "Scalable Machine Learning" from edX in August 2015 and a verified certificate for "Introduction to Big Data with Apache Spark" from edX in July 2015. Narendran also completed an "Innovation Acceleration Program" from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth in October 2014.
