Dan Wispinski

Dan Wispinski has been working in the industry since 1980, when they began their role as Team Leader -- Fuels and Lubricants at Alberta Innovates. In this role, they managed one of Canada's top fuel testing research labs, InnoTech Alberta, formerly Alberta Research Council. With over 36 years of experience in refined fuel specifications, biofuels, crude oil and bitumen, they are chairman of the Canadian General Standards Board Petroleum Test Methods Committee and an active member of ASTM, CGSB, IASH, CEN and the Energy Institute Working Group 6. In 2017, they moved to VUV Analytics, Inc., where they currently serve as the Standards Method Development Manager.

Dan Wispinski has studied Chemistry at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
