Nick Mathis

Nick Mathis, CTS-I, has a diverse background in the technology industry with experience in business development, sales management, solutions engineering, software engineering, design, and internships. Nick is currently the Director of Business Development at VuWall. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Matrox, where they were responsible for sales in the Midwest and Northwest USA. Nick has also held various roles at Mechdyne Corporation, including Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, Designer, and Engineering Intern. Additionally, they have worked as a Production Assistant at Engineering Online Learning, a Systems Engineer Co-op at Rockwell Collins, a Cyclone Aide at New Student Programs, an Engineering and Beyond Camp Counselor at the Iowa State University College of Engineering, and a Help Desk Analyst at the ISU Information Technology Services Solution Center. Nick began their career as a Sales Associate and Assistant Manager at Edina Bike and Sport.

Nick Mathis, CTS-I, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University, which they earned from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also completed a study abroad program at Delft University of Technology, focusing on Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications in the field, including ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2017, Certified Technology Specialist - Installation from AVIXA in August 2017, Extron AV Associate (EAVA) from Extron Electronics in June 2015, Certified Technology Specialist from InfoComm International in October 2014, and Extron XTP Systems Engineer from Extron Electronics in April 2014. Additionally, Nick is a member of the Order of the Engineer, an honor they received in November 2013.
