Roger McGinness

Roger McGinness currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at VVA, part of Drees & Sommer, since June 2025. Previously, Roger held the position of Chief Administrative Officer and Human Resources Director at Ben Hur Construction Co. from June 2023 to June 2025, and Chief Human Resources Officer at eliseo from June 2021 to May 2023. Roger's background includes significant experience in human resources management, having worked as Human Resources Manager/Director for the U.S. Federal Government from September 2015 to June 2021, and as Store Manager at Safeway from August 2011 to August 2015. Prior military experience includes serving as Military Officer and Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army from April 2002 to December 2011. Roger's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Central Michigan University, an MBA in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Troy University.
