Samridha Pandey

Samridha Pandey is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management, currently serving as Associate Director - HR Business Partner at VVDN Technologies since December 2017, where responsibilities include enhancing people practices and retention strategies. Prior to that, Samridha held various positions at GlobalLogic, including Sr. Associate in People Development, and has worked at NCode Technologies, CXO HR Excellence, and Neel Agrotech in increasingly responsible HR roles.
