Lauren Evasic Detwiler

Lauren Evasic Detwiler is a Director of Public Relations at VVK PR + Creative, where she helps prominent clients raise awareness around critical issues in Michigan such as education equity, financial literacy, access to quality health care, and sustainability. She previously worked as a Public Relations & Thought Leadership Manager at Clario, focusing on building brand awareness and advocating for health equity through improved policies. Lauren completed her Master's in Public Policy at Northwestern University, where she also completed an externship for the City of Chicago's Department of Housing and served on a national COVID-19 public health policy committee during the 2020 election. Prior to that, she held various communications and public relations roles at Meridian, General Motors, Rethink Brands, Chicago Tribune Media Group, and Hour Media. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Michigan State University.
