Prior to this role, they were a Embedded Education Expert at VVOB, Mendeley Advisor at Elsevier, Director Of Academic Affairs and Exams at University of Tourism Technology and Business Studies, Director of Research and Consultancy at UTB, and President of Rubavu District Council- Ouestern Province Rwanda at MINALOC. With a background in Education majoring in Curriculum and Teaching, they have also pursued post-doctoral studies in Leadership.

VVOB – education for development is an international organisation with over 40 years’ experience in strengthening the quality of education systems in Africa, Asia and South America in close partnership with ministries of education and their institutions. Research shows that, of all school-based factors, the quality of teaching and school leadership has the biggest impact on learning outcomes of learners.
