Dr. Nelson Mbarushimana

Dr. Nelson MBARUSHIMANA, PhD is the Director General at Rwanda Basic Education Board since February 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Embedded Education Expert at VVOB, Mendeley Advisor at Elsevier, Director Of Academic Affairs and Exams at University of Tourism Technology and Business Studies, Director of Research and Consultancy at UTB, and President of Rubavu District Council- Ouestern Province Rwanda at MINALOC. With a background in Education majoring in Curriculum and Teaching, they have also pursued post-doctoral studies in Leadership.
