Frederick De Gryse

Frederick De Gryse is a managing director and independent board member with over 25 years of experience in purpose-driven financial and social profit organizations across Belgium and internationally. Previously, they served as a curator at Atelier De Gryse and held various roles in banking, including Head of Compliance at KBC Italia and Legal Counsel at KBC Bank. Currently, Frederick is the founder of the Social Ecology Education Fund and serves as the Executive Director of Vincent de Paul Belgium, along with board memberships at Oikocredit België and VVOB. They hold multiple degrees in law, finance, and philosophy, and completed advanced programs in strategy for sustainable business at Vlerick Business School.
