Natasa Ivacic is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in project management, translation, and interpreting. Currently serving as a Communication Advisor for Global Projects at VVOB since September 2023, Natasa previously operated as a certified interpreter and translator for Serbo-Croatian and Dutch on a freelance basis from November 2007 to September 2023. Natasa has held significant roles including Communications Advisor at the University of Antwerp's Faculty of Law and Project Manager for Business Change & Analytics at ING Deutschland. Previous experience includes change management and communication roles at ING Belgium, interpreting at the Office of the Commissioner General for Refugees and Stateless Persons, and translation at the Belgian Accounting Standards Board. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Corporate Communications from the Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Translation & Interpreting from HOGENT.

Research shows that, of all school-based factors, the quality of teaching and school leadership has the biggest impact on learning outcomes of learners.
