Steven Kay is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in contract management, project management, quality control, and safety compliance. Currently serving as Alternate Contract Maintenance Manager, Project Manager, and EHS at VW International, Inc. since September 2021, Steven oversees multi-year Firm Fixed Pricing contracts within the U.S. Previously, at J&J Worldwide Services, Steven managed healthcare projects and ensured safety compliance for medical construction, enhancing partnerships with international stakeholders. Before that, Steven held leadership roles in the United States Air Force, facilitating significant personnel and equipment relocations while mentoring technicians to improve mission readiness.
