Kevin Frei is an experienced professional in quality management and engineering, currently serving as the Assistant to the CTO at VX Instruments GmbH since March 2024, focusing on construction supervision and the introduction of Lean Development practices. Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at TechnoAlpin, where responsibilities included implementing total quality management and optimizing industrialization processes. Kevin's previous experience as a Quality Planning Engineer at Röchling Automotive involved co-developing new products and managing quality assurance processes. Earlier in the career, Kevin worked as a Production Engineer at BMW Group, optimizing production and quality processes in engine assembly. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Maschinenbau from the Technical University of Munich and completed a finance course at MIT Sloan School of Management.
