Byron Johnson

Byron Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Byron started their career in 2009 as an Executive Assistant at the University of Kentucky Opera and then moved on to work as a Manager at PetSmart from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Conduent as an Operations Manager, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they gained valuable experience in managing operations. Since 2020, they have been with VXI Global Solutions, LLC, where they started as a Director of Operations for the Lubbock site and later became the Sr. Director of Site Operations, responsible for three site locations in Texas. Through targeted coaching and development programs, they achieved significant improvements in KPI performance and staff engagement. Byron also successfully increased overall productivity and revenue for the company.

Byron Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Voice and Opera from Mississippi College from 2005 to 2009. Byron later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Voice and Opera from the University of Kentucky between 2009 and 2011.
