Cheryl Villani

Cheryl Villani serves as the Director of Total Rewards and HR Services for North America and Near Shore at VXI Global Solutions, LLC since August 2021. Additionally, Cheryl has been a Business Development Manager and HR Consultant at Paramount PEO Solutions since January 2018, contributing to payroll management innovations within the company. Previously, Cheryl worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Payroll Management Inc from September 2014 to December 2017. Cheryl holds two advanced degrees in Business Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, including a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a master's degree in Business Administration and Management.
