Ryan Galapin has had work experience at two companies. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Teleperformance, where they started as an Operations Supervisor and later became a Quality Assurance Specialist. In May 2023, they joined VXI Global Solutions, LLC as a Customer Service Team Lead.

Ryan Galapin earned a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Mindanao from 2019 to 2022. In addition, they obtained certifications in TOPS for Supervisor and TOPS for Support from Teleperformance in 2021 and 2020, respectively. Ryan also completed Quality Training at Teleperformance in 2020.
