Kavitha Varadharajan

Mrs.Kavitha Varadharajan a dedicated professional pursued her Bsc Maths from Ethiraj College, Chennai, and further pursued her MCA from Bharathidasan University. Started her career as a Computer Science lecturer at Chellammal College later joined Vy as IT Recruiter in early 2008. Vy understood and identified Kavitha's caliber and created opportunities, roles and responsibilities for her to understand different functions of Vy's services. She started as a recruiter then moved to client interaction, proposal management, recruitment team management/mentoring, employee engagement, and managing finance/operations of Vy Systems. She is playing a significant role in helping and supporting Vy's employees to understand their strengths and weaknesses, to handle and overcome day to day challenges. As a part of the TIER 1 team she dedicates her time and energy towards all the functions she had learned till date and is a significant contributor to Vy's stability and growth.
