Justin Elam

Justin Elam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justin currently holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Vya since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Direct Options, Inc. from 2017 to 2020, where they served as a Senior Developer and later as the Development Team Lead, overseeing day-to-day operations and planning future developments.

Before their tenure at Direct Options, Justin co-founded Archon Hosting and served as the Lead Developer from 2009. Justin also worked at ThinkWare as the DarwiNet Project Lead from 2015 to 2017, managing software development projects utilizing various technologies.

In addition, Justin has contributed to the field as a Database Engineer at CDI Corporation from 2014 to 2015, a .Net Microsoft CRM Developer, Dexterity Developer, and Web Application Support role at Thinkware Inc from 2008 to 2014, and as an Intern at City of Cincinnati Regional Computer Center in 2008.

Justin had earlier experience working as a Lab Center Technician at Cincinnati State in 2007, an Intern at Luxottica Retail in 2006, and as a Shift Manager at Levajo Inc from 2003 to 2005. Justin is a well-rounded professional with extensive expertise in IT, software development, project management, and team leadership.

Justin Elam attended Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in PC Support and Administration. In December 2021, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
