Miguel Medina

Miguel Medina is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning several key roles in various companies. Currently serving as Plant Controller at Vyaire Medical since January 2004, Miguel leads a finance team of 15 members at the Mexicali Plant, overseeing activities such as budget preparation, tax and legal compliance, cost accounting, and treasury management, with a total plant value of production of $130 million. Prior to this, Miguel held roles as Controller at Sempra Energy, where oversight of finance during a corporate transition was pivotal, and at NEC-Mitsubishi Electronics Display of America, where Miguel was instrumental in establishing the Finance Department. Additionally, Miguel's early career includes significant contributions as Assistant Controller at Fabrica de Papel San Francisco and as a Consulting and Tax Department Assistant at Moores Rowland. Miguel holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from CETYS Universidad.
