Paul Birch

Paul Birch is an experienced professional in the field of medical and dental service management, currently serving as the European Service Director for the RDx division at Vyaire Medical since June 2022. In this role, Paul leads a team across the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, and Italy, focusing on optimizing customer experience and service delivery. Prior to this, Paul held various management positions at Olympus, including North Field Service Operations Manager, where leadership of a team covering the North of the UK was a key responsibility. Paul’s career also includes experience as a Medical and Dental Manager at DARA and earlier roles as an Instrument Technician and during an apprenticeship with the MOD, laying a solid foundation in technical services. Paul Birch holds qualifications from Deeside College and West Cheshire College in health and safety as well as engineering.
