Laura Balsama, NCMA

Laura Balsama, NCMA has a long history of work experience. Laura began their career in 2009 as an Assistant/Junior Stylist at Marcus John Salon. In 2012, they worked as a Stylist at Great Clips, Inc. and an Associate at Finish Line. In 2013, they became a Medical Assistant at Main Line HealthCare Vascular Specialists, where they were responsible for patient care, preparing for physicians, and maintaining patient confidentiality. In 2014, they worked as a Certified Medical Assistant at Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia. In 2017, they became a Medical Assistant at MNR Industries LLC. Finally, in 2018, they began working as a Certified Medical Assistant at vybe urgent care.

Laura Balsama, NCMA has a diverse educational background. Laura obtained their Diploma in Medical Assistant from Kaplan Career Institute in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General from Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in 2008-2009. Laura also holds an Associate of Applied Sciences in Surgical Technology/Technologist from Delaware County Community College, which they earned between 2004 and 2007. Her educational journey began at Haverford Senior High School, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they have a NCCT Certification-Medical Assistant from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained in November 2013.
