Averill Powers

Averill Powers has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. They started their career as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in 1990 and then moved on to work as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in 1994. In 1998, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President until 2003. Averill then served as the Economic Advisor to the President of The Republic of Sierra Leone from 2003 to 2004. They later joined Celtic Pharma as a Partner and General Counsel from 2005 to 2010, and also held a similar role at Celtic Therapeutics from 2008 to 2010.
