Ann Hjortbakk

Ann Hjortbakk is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning several organizations and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Leder BHT at Vy since April 2018, Ann has a solid track record in HR, having held various pivotal positions at NSB Persontog, NSB AS, and NSB. Previous roles include Vice President of HR and Senior Adviser in Organizational Development at NSB and Special Adviser at Arbeidsgiverforeningen Spekter. A former Executive Vice President of HR at EDB Business Partner and HR Director at Telenor, Ann has contributed to major projects, including the construction of Telenor's headquarters at Fornebu. Ann Hjortbakk holds a Master of Education from the University of Oslo, completed in 1987.
