Victor M. Gutierrez, Jr. has a diverse work experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Victor M. is currently serving as the Area Vice President for Vylla, where they help brokers achieve their goals and provides institutional REO listings. Prior to this, they were a Regional Branch Manager for USA Mortgage. Victor M. also has experience as a Retail Branch Manager for USA Mortgage, Retail Sale Manager for Interfirst Mortgage Company, and Assistant Vice President - Managing Broker for Carrington Real Estate Services. In addition, they have held various roles at Vylla, including Area Vice President & Designated Managing Broker and AVP - Managing Broker. Before joining Vylla, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of AmeriDream Realty Services LLC and as the Executive Director & Managing Broker of Oak Park Avenue Realty. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Regional Property Manager for Waypoint Homes and as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter for Indecomm Global Services.

Victor M. Gutierrez, Jr. attended Northeastern Illinois University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained both a Bachelor's degree and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. In addition to their degrees, Victor holds a Managing Brokers License from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
