Bimal Viswam

Bimal Viswam currently serves as the HR Leader for Global Sales and Head of COE Functions at Vymo, overseeing business partnering for the Global Sales organization across APAC, Japan, and the US, along with central functions such as Rewards, Performance, Analytics, HR Operations, and Payroll. Previously, Bimal held the position of Head of Total Rewards, Performance & Talent at BYJU'S and led Performance & Rewards at PhonePe. Bimal's earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President HR at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Consulting Manager at Mercer, Human Resources Manager at Accenture, and Assistant Manager at ITC Limited. Bimal holds a PGDM in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
