Sachi Krishana

Sachi Krishana has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Sachi began their career as an HR Consultant at PwC Consulting in 2003. Sachi then moved on to Wipro, where they held various roles, including Global HR Head for the Consumer Business Unit and General Manager HR for M&A and Global Workforce Transitions. At Wipro, they specialized in driving agile at scale and digital transformation strategies, leading a team of 15 HR professionals. Sachi's accomplishments at Wipro include receiving a Leadership Excellence Award in 2016 for their role in defining the company's unique proposition in outsourcing deals. Sachi then joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2017, where they served as Director HR for AWS India and APJ Commercial Sales. In this role, they were responsible for driving the people strategy for the rapidly growing APJ region and leading the expansion of AWS businesses in India. Sachi played a crucial role in building a strong HR function for both AWS India and APJ Commercial Sales. Sachi is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vymo, a position they assumed in 2023.

Sachi Krishana pursued a BA Hons in Economics from Delhi University from 1996 to 1999. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the Tata Institute of Social Sciences where they completed their MA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
