I was working with Google’s mobility team wherein I learned that in the last 10 years, the industry has moved from a desktop to a deskless world. The phone has a lot of context around what you are doing, and Google was trying to understand that to suggest next-best actions.

At Vymo, we use the phone to understand the context of a sales-person what kind of customers they are trying to meet, what are their targets, sales activities. We try to coach these sales-people on how they can improve their outcomes.
