Kindra Shankling

Kindra Shankling, MPS has over 14 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Kindra began their career in 2006 as an Office Coordinator/Human Resource Associate at Westwood College Online. In 2007, they moved to Target Distribution Center as a Human Resource Business Partner. In 2011, they became the Human Resource Manager at Environment Control. In 2014, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Fortune Minerals Limited. In 2016, they were Global Head of HR Compliance at Tek Experts. In 2019, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources at Nursing & Therapy Services of Colorado. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Human Resources Director at Vynca.

Kindra Shankling obtained their B.B.A from Mississippi State University in 2004, majoring in Marketing/International Business and Foreign Language/Spanish. In 2014, they completed their Masters Professional Studies from the University of Denver, specializing in Strategic Human Resource Management (Global).
