Steve Roberts obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Utah Valley University, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. In 2010, they also acquired the PMC-II certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
