Isaac Castro Mateos

Isaac Castro Mateos, PhD, is a seasoned data scientist with a strong background in computer vision and deep learning, currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Vyntelligence since July 2020. In this role, Isaac has successfully built and led a data science team, defining the data science roadmap and overseeing project development. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Scientist at StoryStream, where Isaac developed advanced computer vision projects, and at Lantum, where insights were generated to improve job matching rates. Isaac's academic journey culminated in a PhD from The University of Sheffield, following multiple master's degrees in Computer Vision and Robotics. Throughout the career, Isaac has demonstrated expertise in developing machine learning algorithms and has contributed significantly to various European research projects.
