Caroline Hatwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caroline began their career as an Events and Facilities Assistant at Google in 2012 before working as a Membership Secretary at The Folio Society Ltd. in 2013. Caroline then joined Crystal Interactive as an IT Support Analyst, where they managed the development and support of various apps for global clients. Caroline later worked as a Primary Account Representative In Training at Paragus IT and as a Project Coordinator at inRESONANCE, where they managed web development projects for schools. Caroline also attended CodeClan as a student in 2017 before joining Registers of Scotland as a Junior Developer in their Innovation Centre, where they developed a front end for a blockchain proof of concept app. Caroline then worked as a Software Engineer at Co-op from 2018 to 2022 and as a Product Developer at AND Digital from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Caroline holds the position of Software Engineer at Vypr, starting in 2023.

Caroline Hatwell attended King's College London from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. Additionally, they studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2009 to 2010, also majoring in American Studies. In terms of certifications, Caroline obtained various certifications in cybersecurity and network security from LinkedIn in August 2022. Caroline also received a Graph Developer - Associate certification from Apollo GraphQL in June 2022 and completed the OpenHack: DevOps program offered by Microsoft OpenHack in October 2020.
