Andrea Justad is a seasoned professional in strategic talent acquisition and executive leadership, currently serving as a Strategic Talent Acquisition specialist at Vyrill since July 2022. As the CEO and Founder of HeadFirst Enterprises since November 2008, Andrea has led a national consulting firm focused on supporting start-up growth and enhancing financial capacity through strategic sourcing and vendor management. Previous roles include serving as a Fractional CFO at MPH.Digital, Chief Procurement Officer at Charles Schwab and Allscripts, and Head of Global Technology Sourcing at Rockwell Automation. Andrea's extensive experience in procurement and sourcing is complemented by a strong educational background, holding a BS in Finance from DePaul University and executive education from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Chicago.
