Cynthia Lee

Cynthia Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer success across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at VyStar Credit Union since September 2019, Cynthia previously held the position of Planned Family Leave at Family from 2017 to 2019. At Rizing (formerly Aasonn), Cynthia worked as a Customer Success Leader from February 2015 to July 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating implementation and support for multiple customers. In an earlier role as Senior Director and Customer Success Manager at Aasonn, Cynthia successfully implemented the company's first BPO customer, managing a workforce of approximately 11,000. Additionally, at NGA Human Resources, Cynthia acted as Service Delivery Director, overseeing significant customer relationships and budget management for high-profile clients.
