Joel Masters

Joel Masters is a financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as AVP of Financial Planning at VyStar Credit Union since April 2022. In this role, Joel leads a team of financial analysts in developing forecasts and conducting scenario analyses using Workday Adaptive Planning. Previously, as Financial Planning Manager and Lead Financial Analyst at VyStar, Joel managed the Annual Operating Plan process, collaborated with stakeholders, and provided detailed financial reporting. Prior to returning to VyStar, Joel worked at FIS as a Product Support Specialist, where responsibilities included client support and compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations. Joel also has experience in member services from their role at VyStar as a Member Relationship Specialist II, and in team leadership from time spent at Publix Super Markets. Joel holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
