Shari Chaney

Shari Chaney, CCIM has extensive experience in real estate management, currently serving as Real Estate Transaction Manager at VyStar Credit Union since March 2023. Prior roles include Senior Real Estate Manager for the Bank of America Tower at CBRE / Hertz Investment Group from May 2019 to February 2023, and Manager of Portfolio Management & Leasing at Meadows & Ohly, LLC from July 2017 to April 2019. Shari's career also includes significant positions at CSX Real Property, Inc. as Regional Manager and Manager of Leasing & Development, and as Asset Manager at The St. Joe Company. Earlier experience includes property management at Parmenter and lease administration at Regency Centers. Shari holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Florida.
