Rok Jemec

Rok Jemec is a legal expert with extensive experience in providing legal advice and preparing legislative proposals across various sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant to the Management Board and Legal Expert at Varuh zdravja, Vzajemna since March 2021, Rok previously held advisory positions at the Ministry of Public Administration and the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, where responsibilities included advising the Minister and State Secretaries and drafting legislative proposals. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Advisor at ICONOMI and Stranka SMC, focused on legal advice for management and preparation of internal acts and legislative proposals. Rok Jemec holds a degree from the University of Ljubljana, obtained between 2010 and 2015.
