Václav Řehoř manages business performance and leads post-merger integration activities across the Group.

Václav has senior-level experience from the transportation sector and from related industries. During his seven-year term as Executive Chairman of Prague Airport/Czech Aeroholding, Václav led strategic initiatives including the successful digital transformation that helped the companies reshape the aviation and non-aviation businesses and improve profitability.

Prior to moving to the aviation sector, Václav served as CFO Europe of the payments company, FleetCor, where he led company performance activities and was primarily focused on transformation, post-merger initiatives and international expansion. He had previously served as Acting CEO of Fleetcor’s fuel card business, CCS and as CFO of Skoda Power (a Doosan Company).

Václav holds an MBA in Business Administration from PIBS Manchester Metropolitan University and a PhD in Economics & Management of Enterprise from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
