Asif Rafsen

Asif Rafsen is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on electrical engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at W. Allen Engineering, PLLC, since March 2023, Asif oversees a diverse range of projects including construction and renewable energy systems in state facilities.
