Steve Koza

Steve Koza is a Regional Human Resources Director with extensive experience in HR management, high volume recruiting, management coaching, compliance, employee relations, staff development, training, and salary & benefits administration. Steve has worked for W.B. Mason Company Inc. for over a decade in various HR roles. Prior to that, Steve was the Manager of Shared Services at Southco, Inc. where Steve directed a centralized staffing function and provided legal compliance guidance. Steve holds a Juris Doctorate from Widener University Schools of Law, an MBA in Business from Saint Joseph's University, and a BS in Psychology.
