Glauce Rateiro has extensive experience in financial planning and treasury management. Currently serving as the Diretora de Planejamento Financeiro - FP&A e Tesouraria at JHSF, starting in October 2019, Glauce is responsible for overseeing financial planning, treasury, and insurance functions, as well as implementing strategic data-driven decision-making processes. Previous roles include Gerente de Planejamento Financeiro at PareBem Estacionamentos, where Glauce led the restructuring of the financial planning team, and Gerente de Planejamento Financeiro e Tesouraria at Giraffas, focusing on budgeting and financial analysis. Glauce’s educational background includes an MBA in Accounting from FECAP and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance, equipping Glauce with strong analytical and strategic management skills.
