Simon Ainslie

Simon Ainslie is a seasoned executive with leadership experience in various organizations, including serving as Chairman at W Communications and LOTUS. Ainslie has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at NEOM and previously held roles at Microsoft as Chief Operating Officer for Central and Eastern Europe and VP of Consumer Channels for Western Europe. In addition to these roles, Ainslie works as an Executive Advisor in a self-employed capacity. Ainslie holds a BSC Joint Honours in Biochemistry and Food Science from the University of Leeds, completed between 1985 and 1988, and has a foundational education from St Bedes from 1979 to 1985.
