Pablo Bañares

Pablo Bañares possesses extensive experience in executive search and talent management, currently serving in International Executive Search at W Executive España since April 2024 and as a member of Nova Talent since January 2022. Previous roles include Principal at Zavala Civitas Executive Search from September 2021 to April 2024, and Innovator and Developer at S-Dray from January 2021 to December 2022, focusing on innovative technology for the sports industry. As the founding director of Sports Academy from February 2017 to December 2021, Pablo established a successful pádel academy with over 200 recurring clients. Additional experience includes lecturing on emotional intelligence and development from November 2016 to September 2018, various sales and operations roles in retail, and a background in the music industry as a singer-songwriter and manager. Pablo holds a Law degree from Universitat de Barcelona and an Executive Coaching Diploma from Escuela Europea de Coaching, among other educational qualifications.
