Lara Nichols

Lara Nichols, CPSM, is an accomplished procurement executive with extensive experience in leading global procurement strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Global Procurement at Flatiron Health since August 2022, Lara also holds advisory roles at Innovecture, LLC and W Fund, where the focus is on empowering underrepresented founders. As a Chief Member, Lara engages in initiatives aimed at advancing women in leadership roles. Previously, Lara held significant positions at Deluxe, NFP, Merck, Tyco International, Wachovia, and Virginia School Systems, demonstrating a consistent track record of developing and optimizing procurement processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering diversity and inclusion within organizations. Lara holds a BS in Marketing from Virginia Tech and has ongoing educational pursuits at James Madison University.
