Rachel Hudson has over a decade of experience in project management and support within the construction and behavioral health sectors. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Contract Administrator at WH Bass, Inc. General Contractors since September 2022, Rachel previously held the position of PM Assistant at ICS General Contractor from May 2016 to August 2022. Earlier career experience includes working as a Direct Support Professional at Penn Residential, Inc. from January 2013 to May 2016, focusing on crisis response for individuals with behavioral health needs. Rachel earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Laurel Business Institute between 2006 and 2010.
