Declan MacNeil is an accomplished operations and production manager with extensive experience in the plastics industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Production Manager at WHS Plastics LTD since August 2022, Declan has honed expertise in managing production processes. Prior roles include Site Production Manager at Berry Global, Inc. from August 2018 to August 2022, with responsibilities across extrusion, printing, and conversion departments, and Production/R&D Manager at RPC bpi group from October 2014 to August 2018. Declan began a career in engineering as a Process Technologist after obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, where studies were completed between 2010 and 2014. Prior education includes Scottish Highers from Lochaber High School, completed in 2010.
