Christopher McGuigan

Christopher McGuigan currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at W.N. Tuscano Agency since September 2023. Previously, Christopher held various roles at UPMC from May 2005 to September 2023, culminating in the position of Senior Information Technology Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the technology team for the contact center, establishing strategy, and managing budgets. Christopher's earlier roles at UPMC involved leading teams in project management, developing work-from-home processes, managing voice telecom operations for contact centers, and enhancing helpdesk performance through coaching and process improvement. Christopher earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2022, following a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resource Management from the same institution.
