Mike Kalimtzis

Mike Kalimtzis currently serves as Vice President at W. P. Carey Inc., overseeing project management since January 2020. Previously, Mike held the position of Adjunct Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology from August 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included leading lectures and facilitating discussions for graduate students in Construction Management. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Gilbane Building Company, managing high-value subcontractor projects and coordinating construction activities, and Project Engineer Intern at Skanska USA, gaining experience in fieldwork and project documentation. An earlier research position at Davidson Laboratory involved investigating coastal erosion and developing sustainable construction solutions.
