Michael Eknoian

Michael Eknoian is a seasoned executive in research and development, currently serving as the Global Vice President of R&D at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. since December 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held leadership positions at NicePak and Johnson & Johnson, focusing on product development, innovation, and strategic supplier relationships. During time at Johnson & Johnson, Michael led open innovation initiatives and was instrumental in establishing external alliances to enhance pipeline value across various franchises. Michael's earlier experience includes directing a global team at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, contributing to the development of well-known digestive health brands. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Organic/Polymer Chemistry from Auburn University and completed the Harvard Business Analytics Program in 2021.
