Alexandre Fines

Alexandre Fines has a diverse work experience in the field of process technology and engineering. Alexandre is currently serving as the Director of Process Technology at W.R. Grace & Co. since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Cristal for 12 years, where they held various managerial positions related to process technology development and research. Alexandre'sresponsibilities included managing project portfolios, allocating resources, and supervising a team of engineers and scientists. Alexandre also worked as a Principal Engineer at Cristal, overseeing process R&D for the Ultrafine business and implementing process optimization strategies. Before joining Cristal, Alexandre worked as an R&D Superintendent at Millennium Inorganic Chemicals and held engineering roles at Rhodia.

Alexandre Fines received an MBA in Management from Loyola University Maryland, which was completed between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Reaction Chemistry from The University of Tokyo, from 1989 to 1991. Alexandre'sundergraduate degree in Materials Science, specializing as an Engineer, was completed at Mines Paris between 1985 and 1988.
