Athan Ali

Athan Ali currently serves as a Digital Manufacturing Engineer at W. R. Grace, where responsibilities include launching an AI system for monitoring belt filter cloth alignment and implementing a vibration monitoring system to reduce unplanned downtime. Previous roles in the Manufacturing Leadership Program involved effective communication, risk assessment, and collaboration across teams as a Maintenance Engineer and Productivity Engineer. Athan's earlier experience includes an internship as a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer at Bowden Manufacturing. Athan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cuyahoga Community College. Currently, Athan is pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University.
